Step 2 You and Your Landscape Designer
FIELD SURVEY
With the design preperation complete, your landscape will begin to transform and become a reality. This is where you will see the advantage of Nature's Canvas's design process. Your designer will use the years of experience, training and artistic creativity to guide you to the landscape you envisioned.
Based on the feedback of the elevationals you critiqued, and the completed survey your designer will contact you to discuss/review your deisres, objectives, and goals for your envisioned landscape while considering your budget requirements. Your Designer will discuss any property (potential enhancements) or potential concerns to be certain they are addressed and corrected with your installation.
Meetings will be conducted with respect to your time, and in the most effecient way possible whether in person, on-line or via the telephone.

Step 1 The Design Preparation

BASE PLAN
Adequate preparation at the conceptual stage ensures that the design will be based on sound decisions, remain within the budget, and won't require redesigning because of overlooked requirements. This is the most cost effective and effecient approach to a landscape.
A Nature's Canvas representative will visit your property for a visual inventory of your property. Measurements and triangulation of the existing hardscapes and softscapes will be gathered in addition to recording data about your soil conditions, sun and shade patterns, grading issues, and any environmental pecularities or potential problems.
With the information gathered during the field survey we will establish a foundation to work from by laying out a base plan of your property as it is today.
Step 3 Your New Landscape Design
Now that you have a completed design, just as you wanted, it's time to put action to your plan. Nature's Canvas takes more than one approach to assisting you to achieve your landscape goals. We can schedule and install the design in it's entirety. You may elect to have us install the "grunt work" and you install the rest of the design. Or, you may elect to schedule this in phases over the next season or two.
